Gary and Gina Yee

We have had Nancy Wagner checking on our home in Sarasota the past four years. We were immediately impressed with her organizational skills and efficiency along with her warm personality. We were more than just another house to check as she shared in the excitement of our first grandchild. We sold our first house and purchased another, so one summer she was checking on two houses for us. Her communication after each visit, was excellent. Very detail oriented reports including how the yard looked and the pool. If there was a problem with either of those, she contacted the individual we had hired.

There was a water leak in our home which was discovered by Nancy’s staff. This turned out to be a rather large problem which was handled quickly and thoroughly by Nancy and her team of contractors. She went the extra mile and brought over extra dehumidifiers to handle the moisture issues.

We are able to go away for the summer each year knowing that In the Nick of Time is checking on our home. Peace of mind is a very good thing!
