Nancy Wagner has been in the service industry over 30 years. Nancy’s experience in the airline and travel industry makes her an invaluable asset to the lifestyle management industry. For nearly a decade, she has worked tirelessly and diligently to build her business into a widely respected home watch, and lifestyle management company. Nancy has built strong client relationships through referrals.

A resident of Palmer Ranch for 20 years, she makes friends and business contacts with everyone she comes in contact with. Nancy is warm and sincere, taking pride in everything she does. A particular point of pride is her two children, Lauren and Jonathan, and grand children. She is now the very proud grandma or “GiGi” to three wonderful and adorable little ones. Having raised her two children by herself, she remembers not having enough time in the day to complete everything that needed to be accomplished; thus the inception of ‘In the Nick of Time’. Her vibrant and exuberant personality, and enthusiasm for life, is evident in her work. Everyone who knows her is inspired by her integrity and dedication. From personal experience, Nancy would advise everyone to trade in stress and anxiety for hope and peace of mind.

Jonathan Wagner
Director of Operations and Business Development

Jonathan Wagner, brings nearly a decade of experience in the Business Services industry. That experience, coupled with his time spent in corporate sales makes him a welcomed addition to the In the Nick of Time team. Jonathan prides himself at being an exceptionally hard worker, his attention to detail, but most importantly, a family man and father.

Jonathan grew up in Sarasota before leaving to experience college and life outside of Florida. In the 10 years since he departed Sarasota he spent time in Tallahassee FL, Dayton, OH and Las Vegas NV.

This exposure to different parts of the country not only allowed him to develop an amazing list of business contacts, but also to truly appreciate where he was from. In his time spent away from sunny Sarasota, there was a constant effort to get back home. That opportunity presented itself earlier this year when plans were discussed to join in the family business that his mother has worked tirelessly building on her own.

We are excited to announce that as of October 1, 2015, Jonathan and his wonderful family are officially Sarasota residents. He is eager to get to work further developing the business that Nancy created, and to provide the exceptional service In the Nick of Time clients have grown to expect.
